Creating an account
One of the many benefits of creating an account is being able to track the progress of your order throughout ordering, processing, and shipping of your order. If you need to make a return, you will also be able to track the progress of the return.
When placing an order, all the information that is required to place the order is the same information that is needed to create an account. When you create an account the only additional information you provide is a password.
Creating an account allows you to view the information about your order on our web site.


Order Tracking
Please allow 24 hour for the shipping tracking number(s) to become active with the carrier once your order has shipped.
If you created an account, log into your account. You will able to view all orders placed, and the progress of those orders.
If you did not create an account, please refer to the email you received when your order shipped, for tracking information.

Order processing times
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, or within one business day after the order is placed. If your order will take longer than two business days to process and ship we will contact you.
Orders are updated with tracking information at the time they are processed to ship.
When your order is processed to ship, an email will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed indicating your order has shipped.

We guarantee a stress free return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the items unless other wise stated in the item description.

Refused Shipments
Shipments that are refused or orders canceled after item(s) have shipped may be subject to a 20% percent restocking fee.

Damaged Items
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item to WestCoast Auto Parts.com and to the carrier. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item. Your item will be picked up by the original carrier for inspection. You will be sent a replacement item or issued a full refund at WestCoast Auto Parts' discretion.
Please keep all package contents including packaging material for inspection by the carrier.

Defective Items
The purchaser is responsible for return shipping of the item for inspection. Defective items will be replaced with the same type item if available, repaired, or refunded, solely at our discretion. Damage caused by improper installation or handling will not be covered under warranty. To return a defective item, please follow the instruction included with your order.

We reserve the right to refuse service
We may refuse service when we believe providing service will cause an excessive amount of customer support burden, such as excessive phone support and/or other types of communications. We may refuse service when we believe fraudulent or unlawful activity will occur. We will never refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, natural origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
