How can I receive free shipping?
We run Free shipping promotions for time to time. Sometimes you will need a coupon code, and sometimes the promotion will be automatically applied. Items that offer free shipping will have a free shipping option at checkout. Free shipping promotions based on a minimum order dollar amount will include a free shipping option when the threshold purchase amount has been reached. There are a few items with a fixed shipping charge that are not eligible for free shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Occasionally due to shipping table look-up errors or other errors, the shipping method selected during ordering may to not be a feasible method for shipping the order. We reserve the right to change shipping methods of an order after the order has been placed. If we need to change the shipping method, we will choose a shipping method that is comparable to the method selected when the order was placed. An example of this might be an order placed that selected USPS 1st Class Parcel as the shipping method. We may change the shipping method to USPS Priority Mail. Another example might be an order placed that selected UPS as the shipping method for an order shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We may change the actual shipping method to USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. An email with this information will be sent when the order is processed to ship.

USPS International packages may not have tracking from point to point but do have dispatch tracking and delivery confirmation to many countries
Shipments to countries outside the USA may take 1-5 weeks to arrive depending on many factors. Your country may choose to hold the package in customs longer than normal. We suggest that if you have not received your item after 3 weeks that you contact your local postal or customs office to inquire if your package is being held. In some rare cases packages can take substantially longer- which we have no control over. If you have not received your item within 8 weeks we will consider it a lost package and work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

How are Customs, Duties and Taxes handled for international shipments?
We include a commercial invoice with every shipment showing the amount you paid for your items and the shipping cost paid. In many cases your country will charge you customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on your purchase. For FedEx or UPS shipments to Canada there may also be a brokerage fee. You are 100% responsible for these charges. We do not have any control over these fees and taxes. Under no circumstances will we mark items as "gift" or at a lower value than what you paid. Requests to do this will be ignored.
