Items subject to a special return policy will have a link to this page and state on the product page "This item is subject to a special return policy".
Below are the terms of the return policy for those items:
- If any packaging is opened (excluding electronic components), including installation instructions and/or manuals, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred and deducted from the refund amount.
- Electronic component sealed packaging that is opened – This item will be non returnable.
- Items with free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, complete and in its original unmarked manufacturer's packaging.
- Items with free shipping promotion will have the original shipping costs deducted from the final refund amount.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Items returned without an RMA number and order number will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
- Any product is modified, altered, painted, installed, or disassembled in any way, the item is non-returnable.
- Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay).
- Bulk pre-order purchases.
