Please use the specific address provided on your Core Return Form. Using an incorrect return address will delay your refund by up to 21 days while the part is rerouted.

1. Include the Return Form

Use the Core Return Form that was included with your shipment. If you have misplaced it, you can download a replacement below:

2. Prepare & Package the Core

• Drain All Fluids: Ensure the core is completely empty. Carriers may reject or destroy leaking packages.
• Secure Packaging: Use the original box and all protective packing material.
• Seal Properly: Use heavy-duty shipping tape to prevent any accidental opening during transit.

3. Ship with Tracking

Ship the core to the address listed on your form using a trackable service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Process & Ownership

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may appear as a credit from WC Parts Source LLC or WC AutoParts.com.

• Credit Cards: Typically appears within 5 business days.
• PayPal: Usually posts within a few hours.

Ownership Transfer: Core returns are permanent. Once a core is received by our facility, it cannot be returned to the customer.
