How to Return a Core for Refund
1. Return to the Correct Address
Using the wrong return address will delay your refund by up to 21 days. Please use the address provided on the Core Return Form.
2. Include the Return Form
Use the Core Return Form included with your shipment. If you don’t have it, download the General Core Return Form (PDF) 
.
3. Prepare the Core
- Drain all fluids
- Fill out and include the Core Return Form
- Package the Core securely using the original box and protective packing
- Seal the box to prevent leaks or damage
4. Ship the Core
Ship the Core to the address on the return form using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your Core is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may appear as a partial refund on your order or as a credit from WC Parts Source LLC or WC AutoParts.com.
- Credit cards: Refunds typically appear within 5 business days
- PayPal: Refunds usually post within a few hours
Ownership Transfer
Returning a Core is considered a permanent transfer of ownership. It cannot be returned to you once received.
