If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately using the form at the bottom of this page.
Processing Fees & Terms
Once an order is placed, the following non-refundable processing fees apply to cancellations:
- 5% Processing fee for orders cancelled before they ship.
- 10% Processing fee for orders already processed for shipment.
- • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note: All cancellation fees are non-refundable.
