Creating an account
One of the many benefits of creating an account is being able to track the progress of your order throughout ordering, processing, and shipping of your order. If you need to make a return, you will also be able to track the progress of the return. When placing an order, all the information that is required to place the order is the same information that is needed to create an account. When you create an account the only additional information you provide is a password. Creating an account allows you to view the information about your order on our web site.
Order processing times
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, or within one business day after the order is placed. If your order will take longer than two business days to process and ship, we will contact you. Orders are updated with tracking information at the time they are processed to ship. When your order is processed to ship, an email will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed indicating your order has shipped. See - Get it Fast! for more details.
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. We may access a 5% order processing fee that will be NON-REFUNDABLE. If your order is already processed to ship, we may access a 15% order processing fee that will be NON-REFUNDABLE. If you order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Signature Required Shipments
For security purposes we will require a signature at the time of delivery of all orders totaling $250.00 or more. It is best to have the order delivered to the billing address. Business address should have an "Attention to" name provided.
We guarantee a stress-free return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the items unless otherwise stated in the item description. For more details see - Return Policy
Returns, Refunds and Title
WC Parts Source LLC, WestCoast AutoParts.com, does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our return location.
Shipments that are refused or orders canceled after item(s) have shipped may be subject to a 20% percent restocking fee and shipping costs.
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please keep all package contents including packaging material for inspection by the carrier. See - Shipping Damage for more information.
Lost in transit Items, Domestic - We will work with you to locate your lost item. We will file an insurance claim when available to recover the loss as a courtesy to you. See Lost or Missing package
Lost in transit Items, International - We will work with you to locate your lost item. We will file an insurance claim when available to recover the loss as a courtesy to you. We suggest using USPS Priority Mail, rather than USPS 1st Class International Package Service to lessen the risk of a lost shipment. See Lost or Missing package

The purchaser is responsible for inspections before installing products. WC Parts Source, LLC will be responsible for any loss or damage or injury from any cause including defects of any products we carry. Some products are NOT D.O.T. approved or intended for street use. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Sellers harmless from any claim, action, or demand arising out of incident of the buyer's installation or use of products purchased from WC Parts Source LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse service
We may refuse service when we believe providing service will cause an excessive amount of customer support burden, such as excessive phone support and/or other types of communications. We may refuse service when we believe fraudulent or unlawful activity will occur. We will never refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, natural origin, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
For purposes of this transaction, you hereby agree to the use of electronic signatures, use of electronic contracts, and to fully accept the terms and conditions contained herein.
Limit to our Liability:
In the event of a claim against us by you, you agree that the legal limit of our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the merchandise purchased by you. Our liability will not exceed the cost you paid for the merchandise.
Safety equipment, such as Seat Belts are not guaranteed by the seller to perform any safety functions and should only be used at your own risk. The manufacture of a product may provide a separate warranty and / or performance claim.
Under no circumstance will we be held liable for information on our website. As a free service to our customers we may publish general repair and specification information on our website. This information may contain typos or other such inaccuracies and will will not be held responsible. You should verify any information you find on our website.

Choice of Laws, Waiver, and Claims:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions herein shall remain in full force and effect. Any dispute arising from this transaction must be brought to our attention in writing within one (1) year from the date of the transaction or be forever barred. Any such claim or cause of action must be filed in the State of California, and you hereby waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-convenience.
You agree that you provided to us the email address, physical address, and telephone numbers that are in our records, and it is your responsibility to provide us with any current or updated contact information. You further agree that any email message that we send to you is deemed to have been effectively received by you and constitutes due notice to you for any purpose required in these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the content of our web site at any time. We are organized to do business in the State of California and are governed by the laws of the State of California. Notwithstanding any other provision herein to the contrary, we reserve the right to suspend or enlarge any time frame specified herein, and/or request additional documents or information from you, in order to comply with any applicable local, state, or federal law, ordinance, or regulation. Furthermore, any time frame set forth may be suspended or extended in our discretion with or without notice to you in the event that we encounter technical difficulties concerning our web site or otherwise, or encounter any other delays attributable to acts of God, including but not limited to fires, hurricanes, and other storms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Quantity Limit and change:
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer that we believe would violate any of our business practices, applicable laws or policies.
We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
Availability and correctness of product, and other information:
We will make every attempt to ensure that information on this Web Site is accurate, complete and current as it relates to content or product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
