Shipping Damage Policy
If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing, please report the issue within 5 business days of delivery.
Use the contact form below to notify us. We will guide you through the insurance claim process and assist in scheduling a carrier pickup of the damaged item and its original packaging.
⚠️ Critical Requirements
- Save Everything: Keep all original packaging materials, including the shipping box, for carrier inspection.
- Carrier Inspection: The carrier must inspect and collect the damaged shipment as part of the claim.
- Compliance: Following this process is required to receive a replacement or a full refund.
We will replace the damaged item with the same product (if available). If a replacement is out of stock, a full refund will be issued upon claim approval.
