If your item arrives damaged or parts are missing, please report the issue within 5 business days of delivery.
Use the contact form below to notify us. We’ll guide you through the insurance claim process and help schedule a carrier pickup of the damaged item and packaging.
We will replace the damaged item with the same product (if available). If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Important
- Keep all original packaging materials, including the box, for carrier inspection.
- The carrier must inspect and collect the damaged shipment.
- Compliance with this process is required for a replacement or refund.
