1. Delivery Timeframes
International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to delays beyond our control, including customs clearance, local carrier processing, and regional holidays.
- Estimated delivery windows are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, or local delivery issues.
Example: Orders shipped to Canada typically arrive within 5–10 business days, while shipments to the EU or Australia may take 7–15 business days.
2. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import taxes levied by your country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- The recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable import costs upon delivery.
- We do not mark packages as “gift” or understate value to avoid customs fees.
Tip: Contact your local customs office for an estimate of potential charges before ordering.
3. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery:
- Shipping charges and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Products returned in damaged or incomplete condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
4. Declared Value & Insurance
We declare the full value of your order for customs and liability purposes. If your shipment exceeds the carrier’s default insurance coverage:
- Additional declared value charges may apply.
- If you require enhanced insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an international order, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept potential customs fees and delivery delays.
- You agree to pay any import duties or taxes required by your country.
- You acknowledge that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
