Thank you for shopping with us. For deliveries outside the United States, please review these terms carefully. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.
1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We utilize USPS Priority International, First-Class International, and UPS/FedEx Ground (Canada only) for all global orders.
- Typical Delivery: 6–14 business days (depending on destination).
- Tracking: Included for all international shipments.
- Customs: Estimated windows are not guaranteed.
- Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations.
2. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
Shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees levied by your country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- The recipient is solely responsible for paying all import costs upon delivery.
- We do not mark packages as “gift” or understate value to avoid fees.
3. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid fees, an incorrect address, or failure to accept delivery:
- Original shipping charges and any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged or incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund.
