Lost in transit package
Lost or Stalled Package Assistance
Transit Note: If your tracking hasn’t updated recently, please note that delays of up to 36 hours are common due to weather, sorting hub congestion, or missed scans. Most packages resume movement within 1–2 business days.
Immediate Action Steps
- Refresh Tracking: Visit the carrier’s official tracking page for the most up-to-the-minute status updates.
- Contact the Carrier: Carriers can often provide more internal detail than what is shown on public tracking and can initiate a "trace" if a package appears stalled.
- Verify Timeframes: If your package is still lost after the carrier's standard transit window, we will assist with insurance claims and replacements where eligible.

International Shipments
For orders outside the United States, please keep the following in mind:
- Local Post: Once a package arrives in your country, your local postal service often takes over final delivery. Contact them directly for the best local information.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing is outside of our control and can frequently add several days to transit times.
