How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after the order is placed. If your order will take longer than two business days to process and ship, we will contact you. When your order is processed to ship, it will be updated with tracking information. You will receive an email at the email address used when the order was placed indicating that your order has shipped. See shipping transit times for more information. How can I receive free shipping? Free shipping promotions are offered from time to time on individual products and site-wide. These promotions may require a coupon code or be automatically applied. Items with free shipping will have this option at checkout. Free shipping based on a minimum order amount will be available when the threshold is reached. Some items with fixed shipping charges may not be eligible for free shipping.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx as our shipping carriers. In some cases, due to errors or other issues, the selected shipping method may not be feasible. We reserve the right to change the shipping method after an order has been placed. If this occurs, we will choose a comparable shipping method and notify you via email when the order is processed for shipping. For example, an order with USPS 1st Class Parcel may be changed to USPS Priority Mail or an order with UPS to Hawaii or Puerto Rico may be changed to USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail.
Can I get my order shipped using expedited shipping?
Yes, you can get your order shipped using expedited shipping if it is available. Some lightweight items offer a USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) shipping option. If available, this option can be selected at checkout for faster shipping times. However, we do not offer overnight shipping. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) is a fast and cost-effective alternative. If USPS Priority Mail Express delivery is not within the guaranteed time frame, we will not reimburse your shipping charges. You may be able to make a claim with USPS for reimbursement.
Can my order ship to a different address than my credit card billing address? In most cases, orders can be shipped to an address different from the credit card billing address. We evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis and may contact you by phone during our evaluation process. If we cannot process your order due to this type of request, we will notify you.
Do you shipping international, or to APO, FPO, addresses?
Yes. Most items can be shipped internationally. A few items may be too large or prone to shipping damage and are not available to ship internationally. Most orders can be shipped to APO and FPO.
Why is the tracking number not showing tracking information?
Carriers can take up to 24 hours to update information on their web sites, so please don't worry if tracking results are not available immediately. Your package may be in transit by the time you receive email with tracking information. Orders shipped late in the day may not be picked up by the carrier until the next business day. Occasionally when the package is picked up, it fails to get a pick-up scan. It will usually be scanned and show up in tracking within 48 hours.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days, USPS 1st Class Parcel: 3-5 days, USPS Parcel Select: 7-10 days.
- FedEx and UPS Ground: 1-5 days.
- Bad weather and other factors can extend these usual transit times.

- USPS Priority Mail: 6–10 business days. For many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays
- USPS First-Class Package International Service: Delivery varies by destination. USPS provides no estimated delivery times.
- FedEx and UPS International Ground Service to Canada: 5-14 days.
- Delays due to local Customs and/or the local mail deliver service may extend the delivery time estimates.
- Please note: The delivery time of the package sent through USPS, UPS, and FedEx in most cases are not guaranteed

Lost package, delays: In some rare cases packages can take substantially longer than estimated times - which we have no control over. If you have not received your item within 4 weeks we will consider it a lost package. We will work with you to help you locate the package. We will not be responsible for lost packages shipped internationally.
How are Customs, Duties and Taxes handled for international shipments?
For international shipments, a commercial paper invoice will be included or an electronic invoice sent to Customs when the order is shipped. This invoice will show the amount paid for items and shipping cost. Customs fees, duties, and/or taxes may be charged by your country and are your responsibility. For FedEx or UPS shipments to Canada, a brokerage fee may also apply. We have no control over these fees and taxes and will not mark items as “gift” or at a lower value than what was paid. Requests to do so will be ignored. For FedEx Express or Ground shipments to Canada, duties and taxes will be billed directly to you by FedEx. If not paid within 30 days, you authorize us to charge you for these fees. Otherwise, the bill may be turned over to a collection agency by FedEx and Revenue Canada for tax evasion.
