Follow these steps to ensure your return is authorized and processed without delay.

Receive Approval & Address
We will email your RMA Number and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Download the PDF below, fill it out completely, and place it inside the shipping box with your item.

Shipping & Packaging Guidelines

  • Commercial Address: Our warehouse is a commercial facility. For FedEx, please select FedEx Ground rather than Home Delivery.
  • Protective Packaging: We recommend over-boxing your return. Place the item, in its original product box, inside a second shipping carton with adequate padding. Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s product box.
  • Tracking & Insurance: Use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it is delivered and signed for at our warehouse.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days from delivery for our team to inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
