Return Instructions

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Check eligibility – Review our Return Policy.
  2. Request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) using the return request form below.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive:
    • Your RMA number (include on the Return Form)
    • The correct return shipping address
  4. Download and complete the Return Form.
  5. Follow all instructions on the Return Form.

✅ Return Shipping Guidelines – Summary

  • Returns without an RMA authorization will not be processed.
  • Ship only to the address provided with your RMA request. Returns sent elsewhere may be delayed up to 30 days.
  • Allow 5 business days after delivery for refund, credit, or exchange processing.
  • Use insured, trackable shipping. The buyer is responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Recommended: Use the same carrier that delivered your item.
  • Under 2 lbs: USPS is typically the most affordable option.
  • Over 2 lbs: USPS Parcel Advantage, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground offer similar rates.
  • For FedEx: Our return address is a commercial address (not “Home Delivery”).
