We will email your RMA Number and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Shipping & Packaging Guidelines
- Commercial Address: Our warehouse is a commercial facility. For FedEx, please select FedEx Ground rather than Home Delivery.
- Protective Packaging: We recommend over-boxing your return. Place the item, in its original product box, inside a second shipping carton with adequate padding. Do not apply tape or shipping labels directly to the manufacturer’s product box.
- Tracking & Insurance: Use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it is delivered and signed for at our warehouse.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days from delivery for our team to inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.
