Non-Warranty Return Instructions
Follow the steps below to request and complete a return.
- Check eligibility — Review the return terms and what’s required on the Non-Warranty Return Policy page.
- Request an RMA — Either submit the contact form below or sign in and start a return from your order page.
- Wait for approval — We’ll email, or order message your RMA # and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
- Print and include the Return Form — Download, fill out, and place this form in the box with your item.

Return Shipping Guidelines — Summary
- An RMA is required — Returns without authorization will not be processed.
- Use the exact return address provided in your approval email or order message.
- Allow up to 5 business days after delivery for refund, credit, or exchange processing.
- Use insured, trackable shipping — The sender is responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Carrier suggestions:
- Under 2 lbs: USPS is typically most affordable.
- Over 2 lbs: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground often have similar rates.
- FedEx: Our return address is a commercial address (not “Home Delivery”).
