Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM ET (8:00 AM PT) usually ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Transit estimates exclude weekends/holidays. Weather, volume, and rural delivery may extend times. Estimates are not guaranteed.

  • Delivery: Typical 6–14 business days, but not guaranteed.
  • Customs & import taxes: Collected by your country’s customs agency; not included at checkout.

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours to show updates in carrier systems (missed scans or late handoffs may delay visibility). You can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page or via your account.
