Our Shipping Schedule
We ship daily from our Apple Valley, California warehouse. Orders placed Monday–Friday ship according to these cutoff times:

* Expedited and overnight shipping are not available. Transit times exclude weekends and holidays.
International Shipping
We ship globally via USPS International and FedEx/UPS for Canada. Typical transit is 6–14 business days, though customs may extend delivery times.
- Duties & Taxes: Collected by your local customs agency and not included in your checkout total.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Mexico, China, Russia, or select Middle Eastern regions.
- Lost Packages: International shipments are considered lost after 4 weeks in transit.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking is emailed as soon as your shipping label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first scan. Track your shipment on our Order Tracking page.
Shipping Issues
