Tracking is emailed when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours to show updates in carrier systems (missed scans or late handoffs may delay visibility). You can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page or via your account.
- Domestic: Consider a package delayed if not delivered within 10 business days after ship date.
- International: Consider a package lost if not delivered within 4 weeks.
- Claims: We’ll assist with any insurance claim where coverage applies. Carrier investigations may be required.
