Warranty Claim Instructions – Defective Product

To ensure a smooth warranty process, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Warranty Eligibility
    Review the warranty terms below to confirm your product qualifies.
  2. Download the Warranty Claim Form
    Use the link below to download and print the form.
  3. Request an RMA Number
    Submit a request using our Contact Us form below to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Wait for Approval
    Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive:
    • Your RMA number (include it on the Warranty Claim Form)
    • The correct return shipping address
  5. Return the Item
    Follow the instructions on the downloaded Warranty Claim Form and ship your product to the provided address. We will notify you once we receive your returned item.

Warranty Returns:

  • Replaced with identical or comparable item if available.
  • Refunds only issued if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Refunds include product price, sales tax, and original shipping only.
  • Refunds issued after item is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping is not covered.

✅ Limited Warranty Coverage (U.S. & Canada Only)

We cover defects in materials and workmanship. If a part fails within the warranty period, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at our discretion. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty Duration

  • Begins on purchase date; duration is listed on the product page.
  • Ends upon expiration, vehicle sale, or transfer to another vehicle.
  • Replacements are covered for the remainder of the original term.

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidents, misuse, or improper installation
  • Neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Environmental damage (flood, hail, salt, etc.)
  • Racing, off-road, marine, or power-sports use (unless specified)
  • Failure caused by third-party parts
  • Failure to follow instructions

  • No coverage for labor, towing, rentals, or return shipping
  • No liability for incidental, indirect, or special damages
  • No implied warranties (merchantability or fitness for purpose)
  • Applies in the U.S. only
  • Governed by California law
