3. Request an RMA Number
Submit the contact form at the bottom of this page to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Warranty Terms & Coverage
Coverage Summary
- Duration: Coverage starts on the purchase date and continues for the warranty duration stated in the product description.
- Coverage is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Defective items are replaced with an identical or comparable item. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
What Is Not Covered
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Environmental damage such as flood, salt, or chemical fallout.
- Use in racing, off-road, or power-sports applications unless specifically intended.
- Labor, towing, vehicle rentals, or return shipping costs.
Electronic Parts Testing
Electronic parts are bench-tested before shipment. Returned electronic parts are also tested during the warranty process. If an electronic part is found to be fully functional, the warranty claim will be denied, and the customer must pay return shipping if they want the part sent back.
Legal & Limitations
Limited warranty coverage applies to the U.S. and Canada only and is governed by California law. By purchasing, you agreed to these terms at the time of checkout.
