GM had some minor differences in how this model circuit board was connected to different vehicle's tachometer. You may need to solder the black and white wires from the meter to the circuit board.
Mounting bolts may need to be installed depending on your application (bolts included). The circuit is label to make installing it simple and easy.
Vehicles still using using a points type ignition system, a 12v jumper wire will need to be run to and used to power this upgraded tachometer circuit board. It is labeled with 12v, coil signal, and ground wire connections for an easier install.
After the tachometer is removed from the gauge cluster, it is an easy task to unbolt the old circuit board and install the new one.
