Use this page to notify WC Parts Source LLC that you wish to withdraw from a purchase contract for an eligible EU consumer order.
This form is intended for EU customers exercising withdrawal rights. A withdrawal request is different from a standard return request, product-support request, or warranty request. Submitting this form notifies us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract.

Before You Submit This Request
Please provide enough information for us to identify your order. The form should include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- A short note stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract
After submitting the form, you should receive an automatic confirmation email showing that your request was received. Please keep that confirmation for your records.

Important Information
After we receive your request, we will review the order status and respond with the next steps. If the order has not shipped, we may process the request as a cancellation. If the order has already shipped, we may process the request as a return, subject to applicable law and the condition of the returned item.
If your item has already shipped, do not return the item until we provide return instructions. Returned items should be packaged carefully and should include the order information needed to identify the return.
Some items may be excluded from return or withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law, including certain opened or used electronic items. We will review each request based on the order details, item condition, and applicable requirements.
