Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered

Steps to Take: Package Shows "Delivered" But Is Missing

⚠️ Important Note: We are unable to process a replacement or refund until the following steps are completed. This documentation is required to open a formal investigation with the carrier.

1. Immediate Search & Verification

  • Check the Area: Look around all porches, side doors, garages, and behind bushes. Check for a delivery photo in your tracking link (standard for UPS and Amazon).
  • Household & Neighbors: Confirm if another household member brought it in or if a neighbor received it by mistake.
  • The 48-Hour Rule: Please wait 24–48 hours. Carriers occasionally mark items "Delivered" prematurely while they are still in the final stages of transit.

2. Contact the Carrier Directly

The fastest way to locate a missing package is to have the carrier verify the GPS delivery coordinates. Use your tracking number to file an inquiry:

Insurance & Theft Policy

Theft After Delivery: "Porch theft" is a crime and is not considered a carrier error. Claims for stolen items may require a sworn affidavit or a police report. USPS thefts are investigated by the Postal Inspector.

Claim Eligibility: Before we can assist with an insurance claim, you must confirm you provided the correct address at checkout and have coordinated with the carrier to attempt retrieval of the misdelivered item.
