By purchasing from WC Parts Source LLC (WestCoast AutoParts.com), you agree to the following terms. These policies allow us to maintain high manufacturing standards and provide specialized support for the GM restoration community.

1. Order Cancellations & Transaction Fees
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the shipping process. However, to cover non-recoverable merchant costs:
- Merchant Transaction Fees: Transaction fees (approx. 2.9% - 4.4%) are retained by payment processors (PayPal/Stripe) and are non-refundable upon cancellation.
- Admin Fee: Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before shipping are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies in product pricing or availability.
2. Electronic Components Policy
To ensure every customer receives a factory-fresh component, returns are not accepted once the anti-static seal is broken or the part shows signs of installation. Please verify your vehicle's wiring and grounding before installation, as WC Parts Source LLC cannot be liable for parts damaged by external electrical faults.
3. Shipping & Carrier Liability
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier marks an item as "Delivered." We are not responsible for theft after delivery. Damage claims must be initiated within 5 business days with photographic evidence of both the part and all original shipping materials.
4. Limitation of Liability
WC Parts Source LLC shall not be liable for any labor costs, towing charges, rental car fees, or collateral damage to other vehicle components resulting from the use or failure of any product. Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the item.
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in San Bernardino County, California.
6. Privacy & Security
Your data is used solely for order fulfillment and internal support. We do not sell user information. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to ensure financial data protection.
