Payments

Order Processing

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us immediately. A 5% cancellation fee applies; 10% if the order has been prepped for shipping. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping
Orders ship from California. See shipping details in our FAQ. For international and APO/FPO orders, duties and customs fees may apply. See International FAQ.
Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days unless otherwise noted. See our Return Policy for details.
Damages & Loss
- Damaged Items: Report within 24 hours. Keep packaging for inspection. More info.
- Lost in Transit: We’ll assist with tracking and insurance claims. See Lost or Missing Package.
- Package Theft: Treated as theft. A police report may be required. See More info.
Liability & Risk
Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the item is handed to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address.

- Some items are not DOT-approved and may not be legal for street use.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
- Timely response is required when using repair/rebuild services.

- Disputes are governed by California law and must be filed in California within one year.
Bulk Orders
Orders of 10+ units may be subject to different cancellation and payment policies. Bulk pre-orders are non-cancelable unless shipment is delayed significantly. See policy for payment method restrictions.
