1. Limited Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship as supplied by the manufacturer. It is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

• Duration: Coverage starts on the purchase date and continues for the warranty duration stated in the product description.
• Replacements: Replacement products are covered for 30 days from the exchange date or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is greater.
• Resolution: Defective products will be replaced with an identical or comparable product. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund of the purchase price, tax, and original shipping will be issued.

2. Technical Testing Requirement

Important for Electronic Parts: All electronic components, including tachometer boards, are bench-tested before shipment. Any item returned under warranty is subject to secondary bench-testing. If the part is found to be fully functional, the warranty claim will be denied, and the customer must pay return shipping if they want the part sent back.

3. What is Not Covered

The Limited Warranty does not cover product failure caused by:

• Improper installation, neglect, or failure to follow technical directions
• Accident, collision, or environmental conditions such as fire, flood, salt, or chemical fallout
• Vehicle-side electrical faults: including surges, short circuits, or improper grounding
• Use in racing, off-road, or power-sports applications unless specifically intended

No Liability for Labor: This warranty covers the product only. WC Parts Source LLC is not responsible for labor, towing, rental car charges, or incidental or consequential damages. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Legal Notices

This warranty coverage applies to the U.S. and Canada only. WC Parts Source LLC makes no other warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. All implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed. The laws of the State of California apply to all purchases.

5. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please visit our Warranty Claim Page. You do not need to call for authorization. Simply follow the automated steps to submit your information and technical details.

Note: It typically takes 7–14 business days for a replacement part to ship or for a refund to be issued after the original item is received and inspected.
