Follow these 5 steps for a trouble free return experience

Instructions - How to make a return

  1. Determine your product is eligible to be returned. Return Policy
  2. Download, fill-out, and print the Return Form.
  3. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
  4. When your return request is approved, we will email you a RMA number to include on the Return Form.
  5. Follow the instructions on the return Form.

  • Ship to the correct address - Products shipped to any other address than on the Return Form may have a processing delayed of up to 30 days.
  • Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your return, for processing of refunds, credits, and exchanges.

Carriers and shipping methods to use for returns - All items should be shipped with insurance and the ability to track the shipment. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage caused during return shipping.

We recommend using the same carrier that you received the item with.

In general, USPS is least expensive for items under 2 lbs. USPS Parcel Select, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground are very similar in price for items over 2 lbs. When using UPS or FedEx for return shipping, our address is a commercial address (not "Home Delivery").
