Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
To keep pricing simple and fair, we do not offer expedited or overnight services. Our fastest service is USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2–3 business days depending on your destination.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes—but via USPS services only. Please note that UPS and FedEx require a physical street address for delivery and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. An automated email with tracking will be sent once your order is processed. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier scans to update. You can also track your status in your account dashboard.
Standard Transit Estimates
- USPS Priority Mail®: 2–4 business days (Domestic)
- USPS Ground Advantage®: 2–8 business days (Domestic)
- UPS® / FedEx Ground®: 1–8 business days (Domestic)
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to most countries globally using USPS International and FedEx/UPS (Canada only).
- Delivery Estimate: 6–14 business days (varies by customs processing).
- Duties & Taxes: Import fees are set by your local government and are not included in our checkout total. These are the buyer's responsibility.
- Lost Packages: International orders are considered lost after 4 weeks in transit.
