When Will My Order Ship?
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM ET (8:00 AM PT) typically ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

- USPS Priority Mail®: Typically 2–3 business days depending on destination (see map below).
- USPS Ground Advantage®: Usually 2–5 business days. Longer to AK, HI, and remote areas.
- UPS® Ground / FedEx Ground®: Estimated delivery shown on the map below. AK, HI, and PR ship by air; ground times don’t apply.

Lost or Delayed International Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks, it may be considered lost in transit. We’ll assist with insurance claims when coverage is available. We cannot guarantee international delivery and are not liable for delays or losses due to customs, carrier issues, or factors beyond our control.

We do not offer expedited or overnight services. To keep pricing simple and fair, we only offer standard options. Our fastest service is USPS Priority Mail, typically 2–3 business days depending on destination.
Do you ship on weekends?
No. Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also log into your wc-autoparts.com account to view order status.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes—via USPS services only. UPS and FedEx require a physical street address.
How are international duties and taxes handled?
Import duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs agency and collected on delivery. These fees aren’t included in checkout totals.
