Order processing and shipping time frame
Most orders ship within 1 business day. If it takes more than 2 days, we'll contact you. Once shipped, tracking will be emailed and posted to your order. See Transit times for details.
How do I qualify for free shipping? Free shipping is offered on select items or site-wide during promotions—automatically or with a coupon. Eligible items show the option at checkout. Minimum order thresholds may apply. Some items with fixed shipping fees are excluded.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If your selected method isn’t available, we’ll choose a comparable option and notify you by email when it ships.
Is expedited shipping available?
USPS Priority Mail is the fastest shipping option available. Shipping times are typically 1-3 days to most locations in the US.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address? In some cases, orders Orders may ship to an address different from the billing address, subject to review. We may contact you by phone, and will notify you if the order can’t be processed.
Do you shipping international, or to APO, FPO, addresses?
Most items can be shipped internationally and to APO/FPO. Some oversized or fragile items may be excluded.
Tracking Information Delay:
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update. Packages can be in transit even before tracking appears. Late-day shipments or missed scans may cause delays, but updates usually appear within 2 days.

Lost package & delays: Occasional delays beyond estimates may occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks, it’s considered lost. We’ll help locate it but aren’t responsible for lost international shipments.

- For USPS international shipments, your country’s customs will usually collect taxes and fees before delivery. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility; we do not collect them.
