What is a Core Deposit?
A core deposit (or core charge) is a refundable fee applied to certain parts that can be recycled or rebuilt. It works much like a deposit—you receive the deposit back once you return the used item (the "core") to us.
- The core deposit is charged at the time of checkout.
- The used part must be returned to receive your refund.
- Specific instructions for returning your core are included with your order.

What is a Core Fee?
If you choose to keep your original part and not return a core, a non-refundable core fee may be charged to cover the cost of sourcing a replacement component for future rebuilding. This only applies when no core is returned for a refund.
